Description of Service
SubmitAI is a software tool (SaaS) designed to help content creators generate metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords) for stock photography and video platforms, such as Adobe Stock and Shutterstock. We provide the assistance tool, but the final responsibility for the accuracy and compliance of the metadata when uploaded to agencies belongs to you.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse API limits, or attempt to bypass our security and billing systems.
Subscriptions, Credit Packs, and Payments
PRO Subscriptions
Automatically renew monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Credit Packs
Credits purchased as one-time packs have a validity period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Unused credits will expire after this period. Credits are deducted from your account balance for each successfully processed asset (image or video).
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the service and the computational (API) costs associated with AI generation, payments for subscriptions and Credit Packs are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
By using the platform, you agree NOT to:
Upload images or videos containing illegal, explicit, abusive material, or material that infringes on the copyrights of others.
Use automated scripts or bots to process images or videos on the free plan.
Resell or share access to your PRO account with other users (accounts are strictly individual).
Intellectual Property
You retain all copyrights to the images and videos you upload. SubmitAI claims no ownership rights over your files or the keywords generated for you.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". While we use state-of-the-art technology, we do not guarantee that the generated metadata will be 100% perfect or that your images or videos will be accepted and generate sales on stock platforms.
SubmitAI is not liable for any loss of revenue, stock agency account suspensions, or other indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
