Welcome to SubmitAI. By accessing and using our service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Description of Service

SubmitAI is a web software tool (SaaS) designed to help content creators generate metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords) for stock photography and video platforms, such as Adobe Stock and Shutterstock. SubmitAI provides an automated drafting tool; the final editorial responsibility for accuracy and compliance upon uploading to stock agencies remains strictly with you.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse API thresholds or attempt to circumvent security or billing boundaries.

Subscriptions, Credit Packs, and Billing

PRO Subscriptions

Renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your settings; upon cancellation, you retain full Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.

One-Time Credit Packs

Packs carry a validity window of 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits deduct 1 credit per photo and 2 credits per video asset.

Refund Policy

Due to the real-time AI computer vision processing costs incurred upon submission, credit purchases and active subscription periods are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

By using SubmitAI, you agree NOT to upload illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing content, or abuse automated scripts against free-tier endpoints.

Limitation of Liability

SubmitAI is provided "as is". While our algorithms enforce strict platform limits, individual stock agency review policies remain subject to third-party curator discretion.
